Elektronika 60


Alone the Electronika 60 is a rack-mounted computer with no built-in display or storage devices. It was usually paired with a 15IE-00-013 terminal and I/O devices. The main logic unit is located on the M2 CPU board.


The original implementation of Tetris was written for the Electronika 60 by Alexey Pajitnov. As the Electronika 60 has no graphics capability, text was used to form the blocks

El Orao, (Aguila en español) es un ordenador de 8 bits desarrollado por la empresa croata PEL Varazdin en 1984. También conocido como YU102, fue diseñado por Miroslav Kocijan, y sustituyó al Galeb (Gaviota en español), equipo anterior y más limitado pero con similar filosofía de funcionamiento.

El objetivo era intentar conseguir el mejor equipo posible de bajo coste, con pocos componentes y fácil de producir. Como en otros casos, el microprocesador que se quería incluir inicialmente era el Motorola 6809, pero fue descartado por su elevado coste y sustituido por el más económico MOS 6502.

El sistema fue usado entre los años 1985 y 1991 como ordenador estándar en las escuelas de primaria de Croacia y Vojvodina, por aquel entonces parte de Yugoslavia. Solían haber dos equipos por escuela, cosa que lo convierte en un equipo difícil de conseguir. También fue usado por clubs de radioaficionados.

El equipo fue comercializado por la empresa Velebit, que también distribuyó unos ordenadores compatibles con el Apple-II llamados Impuls.
